The Halo Group Expands Media Department

NEW YORK, June 5, 2013 – The Halo Group, a New York branding and marketing communications agency, announced today that John Lynch has joined the Halo media team as Search Engine Marketing and Optimization Strategist.

“With more internet consumers utilizing search as their first option for finding a purchase of choice, Search Engine Marketing and Search Optimization have become a fundamental and critical means of competitive communication. When properly managed, these contiguous, cost-effective 24:7 tactics can be a great equalizer for brands of any size,” said John Lynch.

To bolster the agency’s capabilities in this area, Lynch will be supporting Michael Pierre, Senior Vice President, Media Services, in the development, implementation and reporting of search marketing and optimization strategies.

Prior to joining Halo, Lynch implemented successful revenue-generating search programs and strategies for leading brands including Gannet, USA Today, Careerbuilder.com, Apartments.com, American Public University System and American Hospice.  He is a graduate of New York University.
