Owning Our Health at Halo

Did you know less than 5% of adults participate in 30 minutes of physical activity each day? Yet, studies have shown that people who workout are better team contributors, more productive, have more energy and are happier.

That’s why at Halo, we’re walking for our own health. We recently launched The Halo Fitness Challenge to have a friendly competition and encourage even more physical activity throughout the day. Over the course of the 12-week challenge we have walked over two million steps (950 miles) combined so far! April challenge winner Graphic Designer Pascaline Gardner actually walks from her home in Queens to our offices in midtown! Others can be seen dashing out for a quick run during lunch and taking yoga and cycling classes in their free time.
