tom-blogHow do you communicate with other members of your team as a CMO?
“An agency thrives on its innovations so, in one sense, it’s probably easier to be a CMO in this industry. If a new idea is strategically sound, I rarely need to defend it. However, the pressure is on to keep close to our audiences and be sure our offering shifts with the many changes that are happening out there in the consumer world. Most of my conversations are accompanied by a spreadsheet or a Next Steps report. A CMO that’s not moving is a dead CMO.
