Halo Inspires the Future of Women

We recently hosted a cocktail reception for the New York board members at our office to collaborate on solving some of the most important global and local issues of our time, such as:

• Creating unique solutions leveraging media, technology and education to empower women and girls worldwide
• Creating a global scholarship program empowering the next generation of women leaders and innovators

In fact, new research from the Dell Gender-Global Entrepreneurship and Development Index says that the United States is the best country in the world for women entrepreneurs, with Australia, Sweden, France and Germany rounding out the top five. Factors such as access to funding, women’s rights and attitudes about women leaders are key for evaluating a country’s openness to women entrepreneurs, the research says.
